Getting started with Fulreach

From invite to workspace, LinkedIn connection, and your first campaign.

Last updated: May 2026

Overview

Fulreach runs LinkedIn outbound for your team safely: connects your LinkedIn account through a hosted auth flow, ingests prospects from a search, sends connection invitations on a schedule you control, then runs sequences (voice, video, and follow‑ups). This guide aligns with how the product is structured today—including invite‑based onboarding and workspace‑scoped LinkedIn accounts.

1. Access and onboarding

Fulreach uses invite-based access:

  • Someone with platform owner permissions invites your email on the Fulreach stack you use (your organisation’s Fulreach tenant).
  • You sign in with that same email.
  • Depending on how your Fulreach tenant is configured, you may complete billing or checkout before your account activates. Until activation completes, Fulreach treats you as blocked from full product use.
  • After activation you receive Fulreach access tied to your user (typically at least member, with invites and invites management controlled by administrators as described under team roles).

If you accepted an invite but still cannot reach the dashboard, confirm you used the invited email and that billing or checkout has finished.

2. Workspaces

Work is grouped into workspaces. A workspace holds LinkedIn accounts (Fulreach “accounts” connected via our provider). What you see in the product—accounts, campaigns, inbox—runs in the scope of whichever workspace(s) your membership allows. Members only see workspaces they were added to; admins and owners can manage structure and memberships within your organisation’s rules.

3. Connect LinkedIn

Fulreach orchestrates outbound through a hosted connection managed by Unipile (LinkedIn connectivity provider—not LinkedIn credentials stored in plaintext in Fulreach flows described in specs):

  • Connect or reconnect a LinkedIn identity from Fulreach using the supplied link or in-app controls.
  • Sync pulls the latest LinkedIn profile state back into Fulreach (connected/disconnected and identifiers). If Fulreach loses connection due to logout, revocation, or auth expiry, outbound may stop until you reconnect.

You can attach multiple LinkedIn-capable identities per workspace when enabled; outbound always targets the campaign’s selected account.

4. Audience and campaigns

Create a campaign with:

  • A LinkedIn search URL Fulreach resolves through the provider—results are capped (for example roughly up to classic search ceilings vs sales/recruiter style searches per internal limits).
  • Daily limits, optional invite note, and behavioural flags seen in-product (examples from domain docs: viewing profile before invite, reacting to recent post—when enabled).

On create Fulreach assigns eligible prospects—skipping duplicates and people already queued as outbound invites—to the campaign queue. Campaign list views show totals and a simple paused / queued / in progress / completed style status derived from how many invites have progressed.

5. Scheduling and sequencing

Fulreach honours send windows (timezone, weekday windows, optional min/max spacing) and limits that protect your sender reputation. Invite timing is computed by scheduling services; automated multi-step messaging sequences use separate scheduling semantics (PostgreSQL-scheduled sends plus workers) described in sequence behaviour—high level:

  • Sends stay within configured windows daily limits unless retried transiently after errors.
  • Sequences cancel when prospects reply, or certain manual outbound behaviours take over detection from webhooks, so Fulreach avoids spamming open conversations.

See Sequences & automation, Scheduling & limits, Inbox, and individual campaign articles for behaviours that matter daily.

6. Messaging and inbox

Open the LinkedIn-aligned inbox: list chats, fetch history, compose text or uploads (voice, video attachment types per provider). Sends may briefly show interim states locally while the upstream provider confirms IDs; heavy failures surface as actionable errors needing reconnect or backoff.

Sequences deliver via the same outbound path but are automated from sequence definitions.

7. Go-live checklist

  • LinkedIn identity Connected green / healthy sync.
  • Campaign daily limits & windows sane for warming or scale.
  • Small audience pilot verifying reply quality before widening search or limits.
  • Reconnect or sync promptly when provider auth errors appear.
